We offer a flexible service to suit small or large customers, volumes can be occasional one-offs or large regular batches on a full procurement or free issue basis.

Many customers choose Magnatech to free valuable production space and personnel. We provide a reliable “Plug & Play” solution resulting in products or vehicles being assembled in a fraction of the time manual assembly would take. Customers may supply a sketch, copy sample or full engineering drawing as a specification and deliveries can be offered on a quick turnaround, scheduled or JIT basis.

Wiring Harnesses

Our custom wiring harness background allows us to create bespoke harnesses specifically to your design. From special one-off’s to short production runs.

We have supplied custom harnesses to the countries leading automotive consultancy, rally / motorsport teams, right through to the rail industry.

Our harnesses range from simple end to end, to flame retardant Mil-Spec. Supplied with all the main stream connectors such as AMP, MOLEX, TYCO and DEUSTCH, or more specialist connections.

Although the majority of our harness work relates to the automotive sector, we can also manufacture bespoke data and RF cables. Again tailor made to meet your needs.
